Order Completion by Credit Card or Mail Order
Gazi works in partnership with CCNow, an online retailer. This allows us to take orders via their secure server. When you place an order in the Gazi Shop by credit card, you will receive an email from our online retailer, CCNow confirming your order. Your credit card statement will also show CCNow as the seller.
Customers at UK addresses also have the option of purchasing our books through conventional mail order.
We would like you to feel comfortable ordering from our online shop. That's why for your utmost security, all credit card transactions through CCNow, our online retailer use industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to allow for the encryption of potentially sensitive information to and from our site. Sensitive data is not held in clear text on any website or stored on any logs.
Cookies are used in our eShop, but only to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item.
All prices shown in the Gazi Book Shop are inclusive of postage and packing.
We aim to deliver your chosen items in perfect condition and in the shortest possible time. Most orders will be despatched within 7 working days of receiving an order. If, for any reason we are unable to send an order within 7 working days, we will let you know and give you the option of cancelling your order. If payment is by cheque, we reserve the right to wait until the cheque has cleared before we send your order. This normally takes 5 working days.
Orders will be sent by first class post to UK addresses and by airmail to international addresses. We will also send you an email confirmation once your order has been despatched.
Undamaged goods may be refunded or exchanged within 14 days of our despatch date. It is advisable to keep your proof of postage certificate, as we cannot be responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit. Postal costs for returned goods are the responsibility of the customer.
